Huachenyang’s newly developed powerful all-purpose nuclease (HCY-Cleanase) completely degrades DNA and RNA in any form (double-stranded, single-stranded, linear, cyclic, natural or denatured) to 5′-monophosphate oligonucleotides of 3 to 8 bases in length within 15 min at room temperature, and both pipettes, PCR instruments, consumables, and nucleic acid adsorption contaminants on the laboratory table are enzymatically degraded. After the nucleic acids are enzymatically cleaved, HCY-Cleanase can be irreversibly inactivated after drying at 60°C for 10 min or wiping with enzyme activity eliminator, thus avoiding subsequent effects on experiments. This product does not contain any organic toxic solvent, non-toxic, non-corrosive and does not cause any damage to the equipment.

The product can degrade >10 mg of nucleic acid into 3-8bp oligonucleotides within 15min at room temperature.
This product is suitable for decontaminating about 15 square meters of bench tops, 150 pipettes and 25 PCR instruments.
This product is insensitive to light and ethanol and is suitable for a variety of environments.

Storage

  • Unopened -20℃ can be stored for 3 years
  • Enzyme and buffer should be used now, if not used up at one time, can be stored at 4℃ for 1 month, avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Usage

High temperature dryable equipment

  1. The 60°C-dryable equipment includes pipettes, gun cassettes, 96-well plates, ice boxes, forceps, scalpels, palm centrifuges, etc.
  2. Add ddH2O or 70% ethanol to the spray bottle 1, spray the instruments 2~3 times, and wipe clean with a clean towel or dust-free paper to remove the surface stains of the instruments.
  3. Pour Enzyme Buffer A into Spray Bottle 2, add 100 μl of HCY-Cleanase to Spray Bottle 2 (ready-to-use), and mix well by shaking vigorously. Spray onto the corresponding instruments to the extent that the water droplets cover them evenly. Leave the sprayed instruments at room temperature (25~37℃) for 15~30min (the optimal acting temperature of HCY-Cleanase is 35℃, above 45℃ the enzyme activity decreases sharply).
  4. After DNA digestion, the instruments were sprayed 2~3 times with ddH2O or 70% ethanol spray bottle1 and wiped with a clean towel or dust-free paper, and placed in an oven at 60℃ for 10min to inactivate HCY-Cleanase. After inactivation, the device can be used normally.

not high-temperature drying equipment

  1. This kind of equipment includes PCR instrument, laboratory bench top, centrifuge, ultra-clean table, etc.
  2. Add ddH2O or 70% ethanol to the spray bottle1, spray the instruments several times and wipe them clean with a clean towel or dust-free paper. Turn on the laboratory ventilation equipment and replace the room air.
  3. Pour Enzyme Buffer A into Spray Bottle 2, add 100 μl of HCY-Cleanase to Spray Bottle 2 (ready to use), and shake vigorously to mix well. Spray onto the corresponding instruments or countertops to cover evenly with water droplets. Leave the sprayed instruments at room temperature (25~37℃) for 15~30min (the optimal action temperature of HCY-Cleanase is 35℃, above 45℃ the enzyme activity decreases sharply).
  4. After the completion of DNA digestion, pour Enzyme Buffer B into the spray bottle 3, spray the instruments or table surface 2~3 times, wait for 3-5 min to completely inactivate HCY-Cleanase, and wipe it off with a clean towel or dust-free paper. Then spray the instrument or countertop with ddH2O or 70% ethanol in spray bottle 1 and wipe it off with a clean towel or dust-free paper. The apparatus or countertop can be used normally.

Indoor space

  1. In case of serious pollution need to spray the indoor air to remove air pollutants, the dosage is 100ml of this product per 40m3 space spray, close the door, close the ventilation and wait for 30min. pay attention to the equipment in the power off state to avoid causing fire.
  2. Spray an equal amount of Enzyme Buffer B into the room, close the door, close the ventilation and wait for 10 min.
  3. After spraying, wipe the surface with ddH2O or 70% ethanol and open the ventilation equipment or windows and doors.
