Product Features

1. Matching independent combination packaging.

• It is a convenient, safe and organized transportation method
• swabs and vials from the storage area to the sampling site and then to the laboratory, with little possibility of contamination.

2. TOC cleaning verification swabs

• TOC content <50 µg/L, <50 ppb, safeguarding the swab itself from interfering with test data
• Double, double woven polyester head for entrapment of contaminants; knitted construction during the sampling process. which is maximally sampled for collection and release into the diluent to provide excellent recovery.
• Separate handle with notches to allow the head to be placed into vials for minimal handling and sampling.
• 100% polypropylene handle to ensure no other contaminants and excellent chemical resistance.

3. Sample vials

• Total organic carbon content (<10µg/L, <10 ppb), guaranteeing that the swab itself does not interfere with the test data.
• Pre-washed borosilicate glass vials have an integral cap and septum designed for easy sampling and analysis.
• Diaphragm thickness-1.34 mm (0.053″)
• Polyethylene overlay protects the septum surface from pre-analytical contamination.
• Sloped shoulder design reduces swab tip area and reduces TOC content
• TOC instrument manufacturer approved for use.
